An evening of reading and conversation introduced by writer Lola Olufemi in collaboration with Lavender Menace Queer Books Archive.
This wonderful sold out event was a rich and joyful summer evening experience. Thanks to those who made it happen— the organiser Rhubaba for bringing the event to the shop, writer Lola Olufemi, Lavender Menace directors Sigrid Nielsen and Bob Orr and special guest Nat Raha.
The readings were performed by participants of the recent Writing Salon held at mote in July for emerging writers of colour based in Scotland.
